Production & delivery time

Every uniq pillow is made to order from your photo and measurements, so it isn't sitting on a shelf — we build it for you. Once your photos are submitted and confirmed, delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks.

You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking link once it ships.

Customs & duties

EU orders ship duty-paid; there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. [Switzerland / non-EU: note any applicable import VAT or duties.]
