Your pillow is made for you

Every uniq pillow is cut and calibrated from your own photos and measurements. Because it's made to your specifications and personalised to you, it isn't a stock item we can resell.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law, buyers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Consumer Rights Directive, Art. 16(c)). As your uniq pillow is custom-made, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to it.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described (see "Your statutory rights" below).

Our 100-night trial (better than the statutory right)

We back our pillow with our own voluntary promise — the 100-night trial — which goes beyond what the law requires:

  • The clock starts the day your pillow is delivered.
  • Sleep on it for up to 100 nights. If it isn't right for you, contact us at [hello@uniq-pillow.com] before the 100 nights are up. We ask you to test it for at least 14 days to get used to it.
  • We'll work with you first. Fit can often be improved with an adjustment or a recalibrated shape — we'd rather get it right than take it back.
  • If it's still not right, we'll arrange a return and refund the purchase price.
  • Return shipping: Please return the pillow to us.
  • Condition: for hygiene reasons, the pillow should be returned in usable condition with its cover. 
  • Refund timing: we process refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned pillow, to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights (EU & Switzerland)

Separately from the trial, you have statutory rights if your pillow is defective or not as described. Under EU law you have a conformity guarantee (generally two years); under Swiss law you have warranty rights under the Code of Obligations. These rights apply regardless of the 100-night trial and are not affected by it.
